Easel card

We had team training yesterday.
It is always so much fun to get together with other members of the Stampin Stars and play.  Well, there is some business talk first and then we get to catch up, chat and play or stamp.
One of the great things about training is Swaps! You don't have to, but it's fun to, although not much fun when you're still crafting at 1o'clock in the morning the night before, as was the case with me!

Below is my swap. This is an easel card.  Like a normal card, but one of the sides is scored diagonally and then you glue a piece of card the same dimensions of the base card on one side of the diagonal, making it stick out when you attach a stopper, usually card on dimensional or a button or something.
I used the Moonlight paper stack as my background as well as the Neutrals paper stack. The stamp sets used were Flower Patch and Remember This from Project Life series, add a little bit of burlap ribbon and that's it!

Some of the swaps I received.
A beautiful card from Rebecca, I love the way she has used the Dotty Angles stamp like a 'bokeh' effect!
Gilly has used one of my favourite sets Sea Street.  What I really like are the scored lines.  What a great effect!
